Individual Therapy

£60 for 50 minutes

Personalized one-on-one sessions focused on anxiety, mood, and life transitions

You may want to understand yourself more deeply, work through something from your past, address a current difficulty or improve the way you relate to others. Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, low or stuck in patterns you don’t understand. You don’t need to have it all worked out before coming.

I offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach, combining careful listening with questions and gentle challenge. Together, we can explore how earlier experiences influence your life now, recognise what keeps you stuck and help you find ways forward that feel right for you.

Couples Therapy

£75 for 60 minutes

A collaborative space to strengthen communication and rebuild connection.

Are you feeling stuck in your relationship and struggling to see a way forward together? Perhaps you keep having the same arguments, feel increasingly distant, or find that attempts to talk leave you both feeling misunderstood. You may be navigating a change, a loss of trust, or differences in what you each need.

I work with you both to understand what happens between you, explore the feelings beneath familiar patterns and find different ways of responding to each other. There is space for both perspectives, gentle challenge and honest conversation—whether you want to rebuild your connection or work out what comes next.

Psychosexual Therapy

Individuals £60 for 50 minutes Couples £75 for 60 minutes

A space to explore sex, intimacy, identity and what feels right for you.

Sex and intimacy can be difficult to talk about, even with someone close to you. I work with individuals and couples experiencing concerns around desire, arousal, sexual confidence, differences in sexual needs and the impact of past experiences. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or find the right words before coming.

Together, we can explore the emotional, physical and relationship factors that may be affecting your sexual wellbeing, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I offer an open, non-judgemental space, drawing on my advanced training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, with specialist clinical supervision.
