About me

I began studying psychology in the 1990s, completing a BSc followed by an MSc. My work draws on this longstanding interest in understanding people, alongside professional therapeutic training and clinical experience in the NHS and private practice.

I went on to train in psychotherapeutic counselling and psychotherapy, gaining diplomas in both. I developed my work with couples through a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Couples Therapy and an Externship in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.

I am currently undertaking advanced specialist training in Psychosexual Therapy, with clinical supervision. This supports my work with individuals and couples exploring concerns around intimacy, sexual confidence, desire and differences in sexual needs.
